Justin Timberlake Joins Jessica Biel Intense Ab Workout
Justin Timberlake couldn’t resist praising Jessica Biel’s “Steel Abs.”
In a video posted on Instagram, the 42-year-old “Mirrors” singer decided to surprise his wife during her “Killer Pilates Abs” workout.
While 41-year-old actress and fitness coach Ashley Brown was going through the paces of her abs series, a pair of sneakers can be seen entering the frame.
At that moment, she captioned the clip with “Guess who this is?” hinting at Timberlake being the one in the sneakers.
Timberlake then playfully struck at Biel’s stomach – which he referred to as his “Steel Abs” in the video – while she was working out on the floor.
The audio of Olivia Rodrigo’s latest single “Vampire” starts playing as Biel speaks to the camera, saying, “That was my guy.”
She concludes the video by saying, “Enjoy, everyone! 💪”
Failing a workout session with Biel is nothing new for the former *NSYNC member.
In a separate Instagram post from June, Timberlake celebrated his wife’s accomplishment by exchanging a congratulatory high-five following her completion of the challenging “Cruel Single Leg Squat” exercise routine.
In February, during a workout with trainer Ben Bruno, Biel wrote in the caption of her Instagram post that “no one else” would distract her.
Starting to smile during her workout, Biel begins, “Justin, hold on.” The camera then turns to Timberlake on the other side of the room, performing some exuberant dance moves.
“What? Not distracting, right?” the singer teased. Biel continued to laugh while reducing the weight she was lifting.
Having spent a decade in matrimony and raising their two sons, Silas aged 8 and the 2½-year-old Phineas, this twosome finds delight in playfully bantering across social media platforms.
In May, Timberlake jokingly wrote on TikTok, “From now on, I’ll only go by ‘Jessica Biel’s Boyfriend’,” responding to a social media user’s comment, “I don’t know who you are, but you look like Jessica Biel’s boyfriend. Congrats.”
At that time, Biel shared a selfie with the singer of “Cry Me a River” on Instagram, calling him “my boyfriend” in the caption. She also included a recording of a TikTok video in the next slide. Timberlake jokingly replied, “I know this seems crazy, but will you marry me? 😍.”
