US Weekly has specifically reported that Pete Davidson and Madelyn Cline are embarking on a new romance following their recent breakups.
“Pete and Madeline are dating. They spent the night together at a Beverly Hills hotel and had breakfast there the next morning,” Us Weekly quoted.
“Their approach was incredibly understated, maintaining an air of informality,” according to an insider’s account.
The unexpected pairing of 29-year-old Davidson and 25-year-old Klein came about shortly after the comedian ended his relationship with actress Cheyenne Sui, which lasted less than a year.
An insider had said in August, “There’s no hard feelings between them, they just wanted different things.”
“Their connection had begun to diverge, with each harboring distinct desires and goals, ultimately leading to their mutual decision to part ways.”
Davidson, who had a brief fling with Emily Ratajkowski at the beginning of this year after his short-lived romance with Phoebe Dynevor, also dated Kim Kardashian from October 2021 to August 2022.
The SNL star has been in the headlines for his personal life, including his engagement to Ariana Grande, which lasted for several months in 2016. Davidson has often commented publicly on his love life.
“I don’t have a problem. I get why it’s fascinating,” he said during the premiere of Season 2 of “Pete Cock’s Heart to Heart” in July 2022.
“I understand it completely because whatever I do, it’s wrong. So, whatever.”
Davidson also said in a March episode of the “Real Ones with Jackson and Barnathal” podcast, “I’m 20 years old, and I’ve dated people. And for some reason, this is like a really crazy, interesting topic for people. I don’t think it’s that crazy.
I’ve been in the show business for almost half my life – like 14 or 15 years, and a national TV show for 12 years. In 12 years, I’ve probably dated 10 people. I don’t think that’s that crazy, but for some reason, it’s very fascinating to people. It’s become this whole thing that anyone will talk about.”
Meanwhile, Klein split from Jackson Guthy in July when fans noticed she had unfollowed him on Instagram. The former couple had been seen together since June 2022 and had shared glimpses of their romance on social media before their breakup.
